Your rights in plain English — including the one important exception for intimate items.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know you’d like to cancel, and a further 14 days to send the item back. Unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging can be returned for a refund.

The important exception — hygiene: for obvious health and hygiene reasons, intimate items that have been unsealed or opened cannot be returned once that hygiene seal is broken (Regulation 28). This is standard across the industry and it protects everyone. Unopened items with their seal intact are fine to return.

If something’s faulty

The hygiene rule never affects your rights over faulty goods. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty, not as described, or doesn’t last a reasonable time, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement or refund — even if the seal is broken. Just tell us what’s gone wrong.

How to return something

  • Email info@tuppence.club with your order number and what you’d like to do.
  • We’ll confirm the return address and next steps by reply.
  • Once we’ve received and checked the item, we’ll refund the original payment method, usually within a few working days.

Faulty items are refunded or replaced at no cost to you. For change-of-mind returns, the cost of sending the item back is yours unless we’ve agreed otherwise.
