Is the packaging really discreet?

Yes. Everything ships in a plain, unbranded outer with nothing on it to suggest what’s inside, and your bank statement uses a discreet descriptor too. See our delivery page for the detail.

Can I return a toy?

Unopened items with the hygiene seal intact, yes. Once an intimate item is unsealed we can’t take it back for hygiene reasons — but faulty items are always covered. See returns & refunds.

How do I choose the right thing?

Is everything body-safe?

We stock a broad range, and not everything is non-porous silicone — so rather than a blanket claim, we list the material on every product so you can choose what you’re comfortable with. More in our materials guide.

What payment methods do you take?

All major debit and credit cards through a secure checkout. Your card details are handled by the payment provider and never stored by us.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

We currently ship to UK mainland addresses. If that changes we’ll say so here.
